abdel@kinvophone.comBefore you email
Many questions are answered on our existing pages — you may find what you need faster there:
- International rates — per-minute pricing to 220+ countries
- Credits & pricing — how pay-as-you-go credits work
- FAQ — common questions about calling, quality, and billing
- About Kinvo — what Kinvo is and who builds it
What to include when you email
Support runs on a single inbox, so one well-formed email is usually faster than a back-and-forth. If your question is about a specific call, include the number you dialled in full international format (country code included), roughly when you placed the call, and what happened — no audio, one-way audio, dropped mid-call, or a rejection message. If it is about billing, include the date and amount of the charge as it appears on your statement; we can match a top-up from that without you sending any card details, and we will never ask you for a full card number, a password, or a verification code.
Two things worth knowing before you write. Calls to some destinations are blocked outright as fraud control rather than because of a fault, so a consistent failure to one country is worth reporting even if everything else works. And per-minute rates change with the underlying carrier price — the rates page is always the current figure, which occasionally differs from a screenshot taken weeks earlier.
